Trey Grant is a graduate of Hampton University and has a Master of Religion from Redeemer Theological Seminary. Prior to  full-time ministry, Trey spent four years in Sales-Management in Corporate America with several Fortune 500 companies. Trey then served on the pastoral staff at Irving Bible Church for six years.

Trey's duties as Lead Pastor/ Teaching Pastor include giving overall vision and direction for The Well Church, raising up, training and equipping leaders and preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Trey also serves on the Keller Police Chief’s Advisory board and is the Executive Director for The SPECS Movement, an organization birthed out of The Well that promotes unity, diversity and justice. Alice and Trey have been married for sixteen years. They have two beautiful children: Mason and Hannah.
